Responsibilities:
- Implement enablement programs in alignment with the overall SMB sales strategy and business priorities.
- Partner closely with SMB Sales teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of enablement initiatives.
- Deliver in-role, and career development enablement programs to support the growth and performance of the sales organization.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to supervise progefficiencyness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with AMER counterparts and global teams to ensure consistency in enablement execution across regions.
- Support sales leaders with enablement tools, content, and resources to drive pipeline and efficiency.
- Handle enablement cadences, events, and training sessions, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with key partners.
- Leverage Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality training sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Maintain accurate reporting on program performance and engagement to advise business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on execution and implementation, ideally in sales organisations.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to supervise and report on key metrics and program impact.
- High attention to detail and ability to implement with precision.
