Work closely alongside Head of WM Banking on strategic growth initiatives, including research, data analysis, strategy presentations, feedback and follow-up
Manage WM Banking roadmap in partnership with leadership team; assessing progress on goals and identifying delays and milestone achievements
Provide general support on key product and sales initiatives, including but not limited to process development, project planning and management, and communications development
Evaluate and improve upon various manual processes managed by the Banking team
Work closely with Finance lead to develop and track key performance metrics for sales verticals
Work closely with Marketing lead on the timely distribution and cadence of marketing materials
Liaise across the firm as appropriate, establishing and maintaining partnerships with product, technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, finance, and operations
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to translate and synopsize data for decision-making
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
Advanced project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Organizational skills imperative.
Interpersonal skills including ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
Ability to actively work within a team environment while driving accountability for personal goals
