As a FOC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our onsite operations teams by providing remote monitoring of Data Center infrastructure. - Analyze alarm monitoring systems, and follow escalation processes
- Review work requests from field technicians for compliance
- Create and document tickets- Maintain a solid understanding of critical facility infrastructure- Ability to support a 40-hour workweek, including weekends and holidays, as part of a fixed-shift schedule in our 24/7 operations environment

- 2+ years of Command Control Center and/or relevant work experience in a critical facility environment
- 2+ years of Technical (Military/Trade School) training and/or experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, and/or holidays

- 2+ years of data center engineering experience
