Responsibilities

• Work with Client Dev and business leadership to develop target client lists.
• Engage with target and pipeline client lists to educate them on ETF Accelerator services and use cases.
• Feed client decision making process with relevant data and thought leadership on the ETF industry
• Create thought leadership and content for client use and conduct custom / bespoke analysis for clients.
• Work closely with teams across Goldman Sachs, including other sales teams, on client engagements.
• Drive sales and relationship management process development and evolution to continuously improve results and client experience.
• Consult with clients on their ETF distribution and sales strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years work experience in ETF product specialist roles or equivalent platform development role (Key Accounts/National Accounts)
• Proven track record of ETF product knowledge and
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to complex organizational and business issues.
• Ability to share thoughtful ideas and input on shared assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment; ability to exercise discretion with respect to sensitive information.
• Relevant certification or industry accreditation (CFA, FINRA)
• Experience with Salesforce and Power Point a plus.
