What You'll Do:

• Office Operations and welfare
• Maintain and manage the physical office space to ensure it is ready at all times.
• Assist with meeting room setups.
• Plan and organize team events, happy hours, and other employee engagement activities.
• Manage swag distribution for new joiners as well as for events.
• Organize celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries.
• Ensure employee welfare needs are met and assist with any day-to-day employee inquiries.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Employees:
• Oversee onboarding for new joiners including equipment setup.
• Handle the offboarding process for leaving employees.
• Clients Equipment
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment to and from clients as required.
• Maintain an up to date inventory of all equipment.
• Junior HR Support:
• Conduct routine one-on-one check-ins with US employees to assess needs, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
• Support managers in aligning on employee wellbeing, performance, and development.
• Collaborate closely with the UK/IL offices to align on policies, procedures, and workflow.

The position is on-site in Chicago, with 4–5 office days per week.

• 1-2 years of experience in office administration from a tech/ startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well within a growing team and support a positive work culture.
• Tech-savvy with basic IT skills to assist with office equipment and new joiner setups.
• Previous experience in organizing employee events or welfare programs – an advantage.
• Experience in HR or a related field (ideally with some HR exposure or interest) – an advantage.
