Key job responsibilities
Develop and align resource requirements for the hardware organization to deliver against roadmap programs.Coordinate and drive the process for forecasting/reporting actual resource requirements and analysis for both individual program-level reviews as well as annual planning cycles.Translate key strategic plans into projects, identifying requirements and relevant stakeholder groups.Develop insights from the historical trends, including reports and documents, share and interpret those learning with senior leadership.Actively explore and design scalable execution plans for long-term strategic planning opportunities to improve operational efficiency in execution and scaling of the Hardware Organization.

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
