Your Role and Responsibilities
The role of a Business Development Leader at Innovation Studio requires driving high impact engagements to Innovation Studio in working with our Sales, Marketing and Ecosystem organization.
This would entail:
- Programmatically identifying engagement opportunities for Studios
- Promote the Innovation Studio experiences / journeys to GTM Teams
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to global team on what is working / not working
- Review engagements to ensure progress and movement across every client interaction
- Drive effective communication with our GTM Teams
Salary starts at 3500 EUR per month based on relevant experience.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years relevant work experience within marketing
- Experience in digital sales/marketing sales/business development
- Understanding of Go to Market
- Ability to interact with senior management and influence decision makers
- Advanced project management skills and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional global organization with teammates residing in other time zones
