This role requires solid project management skills to lead the end-to-end execution from initial migration planning through to three month post-migration stabilization. It requires a highly organized, customer-obsessed individual with strong cross-functional coordination skills. You will work closely with engineering, field sales, partner teams, and GTM teams to ensure that each customer journey is managed with precision, transparency, and strategic foresight.

Key to success in this role is the ability to:

  • Balance operational rigor with empathy for customer impact.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across technical, commercial, and communication dimensions.
  • Align migration execution with broader business goals, including ECIF/ACO funding strategy, customer tiering, and long-term account growth planning
Qualifications

Qualifications

3+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 2+

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s organizational structure, internal processes, and cross-team collaboration models.
  • Familiarity with ECIF/ACO funding processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
  • Prior involvement in strategic migration or transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
  1. Field Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead field briefing communications to ensure alignment between field sellers and the migration v-team.
  • Host regular office hours to address questions, concerns, and feedback from field teams.
  • Conduct individual account meetings to maintain transparency and consistency across stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related updates and inquiries.
  1. Reporting & Progress Tracking
  • Own and maintain detailed migration progress reports by account.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide structured updates to the migration v-team, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  1. Funding Preparation & Coordination
  • Conduct pre-triage with account teams to assess funding needs.
  • Prepare and present ECIF and ACO funding requests to migration funding approvers on a regular cadence.
  • Ensure funding proposals align with the strategic goals and priorities of Project Ferghana.
  1. Work Scope & Timeline Management
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from announcement to post-migration stabilization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of each phase within scope and budget.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
