PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rostering System & Workforce Management:
- Responsible for spearheading the transition to a new scheduling system utilized by all 400 direct-operated stores for daily operations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with IT, HR, GBS, NTP, and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of the new system.
- Be tasked with independently managing the project, from planning and execution to completion, with minimal disruption to store operations.
- Ensure a smooth system switchover and implementation, maintaining continuity and efficiency in store scheduling, attendance, and leave management.
- Responsible for identifying areas for improvement in the new rostering and attendance system, proposing enhancements that align with the company's operational goals.
- Provide training and support to ensure all stakeholders are well-versed in the new system, facilitating a successful transition and adoption across all stores.
Process Management:
- Work with Global Retail Operations team to land HOR2.0 over 500+ stores
- Obsessed with the knowledge of operational excellence, mainly focus on the procedure and related projects to make the stores with higher standard and consistency
- Analyze, optimize and develop process flows, SOPs and operations tools of every store check points
- Oversee the regular release and update of Global Store Operations Manuals and Policies.
- Constantly review all process and Procedures to reduce complexity and improve productivity
KPI’s:
- Shared Retail Team KPI’s include Topline and Bottom line of Own Retail business
- Individual performance KPI’s to be defined
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Project management experience is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing/retail department of a global consumer goods company
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in Retail Excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred
- Fluent Mandarin and English required
