What You will Accomplish as a General Ledger Accounting Supervisor:

• Manage and guide multiple accountants in outsourced accounting function
• Assist in the monthly close process
• Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations across multiple legal entities
• Prepare monthly general ledger account fluctuations
• By Request of Business Partners analyze Balance Sheet accounts
• Review and prepare journal entries and ad hoc reporting
• Drive process improvements through evaluation of processes in Accounting day to day activities and implementation of changes for improved efficiencies
• Participate in automation projects to develop automation on routine/repetitive activities

What You will Bring:

• Dedication to working onsite out of our Austin, Texas office 3+ days per week in alignment with our Hybrid work model guidelines
• BS/BA in Accountancy or Finance (Required)
• CPA or Equivalent (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of dynamic accounting experience (Preferred)
• Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills (Required)
• Experience with sophisticated reconciliations
• Experience in working for large company & dealing with large volume of transactions
• Experience in General Ledger accounting
• Database and basic understanding of SQL query
• SAP (SAP S4HANA highly desirable)/ ERP experience
