This is a site-based role and some travel may be required, up to approximately 10%.
B.S. degree in biomedical engineering or any engineering field or equivalent
8+ years of proven project management experience
Solid understanding of human research studies lifecycle with the ability to quickly adapt to changing direction
Strong organizational and management skills with a track record of on-time project delivery
Experience in executive level communications
Experience in clinical research helpful but not required
Experience in R&D or consumer product development a plus - familiarity with the changing dynamics of research and development will help you thrive in this role
Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and resourcefulness to drive projects to success
Excellent cross-functional and executive level communication skills
Able to prioritize issues and track the details as well as be in touch with the big picture
Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity — able to rapidly optimize across many variables to problem solve and effectively guide decisions
Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting at a program level
