Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications, including plugins, workflows, custom actions and JavaScript to meet business needs
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations using Dynamics 365 CE SDK and Web API
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Participate in system testing, and UAT ensuring high-quality solution delivery
• Document technical designs, configurations and customisations
• Support training and knowledge transfer to end-users
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technical development
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data structures, customisation options, and security models
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and .NET for building bespoke solutions in Dynamics 365
• Experience with Power Platform solutions like Power Automate and Power Apps
• Ability to develop integrations using Azure cloud services, APIM, Logic Apps and Dynamics 365 CE Web API
• Experience in using Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or related technologies are preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed
