SuccessFactors Onboarding consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HCM technology and Process deliverables. This includes implementation, integration with other SF Modules and End-End testing of the configuration with the client during iterations. The consultant will implement Onboarding as well as assist clients in implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of the Module

Responsibilities:

  • Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
  • Configure at a macro level as well as specific features and functionality at a module level.
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative /technical success.
  • Hands on experience in configuring custom processes, user sync, permission sync
  • Must have experience in integrating Onboarding with Recruitment and Employee Central
  • Experience in configuring Crossboarding will be an added advantage.
  • Support client’s testing cycles.
  • Support in escalated projects
  • Taking over responsibility from time to time as a Subject Matter Expert of the Module
  • Write Functional Design Specifications and Technical Design Specifications based on client requirements. Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Write test plans for Technical Design Specifications.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in SAP/Successfactors consulting
  • Minimum 1 end to end Onboarding Implementation Experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • System Testing and Product Evaluation Skills
