This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.Key job responsibilities- Mentor other Systems and Systems Development Engineers in their career growth.
A day in the life
Cloud Systems Engineers work on the latest technology that we deliver in support of our customers missions. We operate Linux based services through their full life-cycle, partnering with service teams to deploy, maintain, and sometimes, deprecate services. You will work as part a team ensuring no one is on an island and you will be empowered to learn new skills and build new products where you see a need for our customers.

- Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
- 1+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows).
- Networking and troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

- 1+ years experience with cloud computing technologies.
- 1+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
- Experience automating routine tasks.
- Experience with performance and log analysis.
