- 10+ years of experience in project management with a demonstrated understanding of the project lifecycle
- Background leading HR projects with a focus in transformation and process improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools, including Project Charters, Project Plans, Roadmaps, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Change Logs, Decision making models, and Debrief Reports
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to listen and to build a collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

- Excellent presentation and written communication skills

- Comfortable utilizing Mac operating systems
- Global immigration experience and knowledge of US Immigration laws
- Experience working globally and preferably managing in a virtual, geographically diverse organization
- Technical acumen, ability to embrace and leverage new technology
- Proficient knowledge in iWork suite to create deliverables and presentations
