Responsibilities:

Merchant Integration Program Management:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive merchant integration strategy that ensures a smooth and efficient integration process.

  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation to assist internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration process.

  • Workflow Management: Create and manage workflows and timelines for integrating new merchants, ensuring all steps are clearly defined and adhered to.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the integration process, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-onboard, merchant satisfaction, and adoption rates. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end integration process for new merchants adopting POS lending solutions. Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure milestones are met.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the merchant integration process. Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring parties are informed, engaged, and working towards common goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from merchants on their experience with the POS lending solutions. Identify areas for improvement and work with product development teams to enhance the product offering.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years relevant overall experience in the following areas:

  • Onboarding and Program Management Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in a merchant onboarding or program management role, preferably within the financial technology or POS solutions industry.

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with technical implementations and integration processes. Strong understanding of POS systems, APIs, and related technologies.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex integration projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering on-time and within scope.

  • Customer Support Experience: Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain detailed documentation and ensure tasks and milestones are tracked and met within established timelines. Proactively prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of POS lending technology including systems architecture, APIs, and integration protocols. Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders to trouble shoot technical issues, provide informed recommendations, and work collaboratively with technical teams.

  • Customer-Focused: A strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to ensuring a positive client experience throughout the onboarding and integration process.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales, product development, and customer support teams to achieve common goals.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving product offerings, with a continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in POS lending technologies.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Advanced Certifications: Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), customer success, or specific technical areas related to POS systems can be advantageous.
