Minimum 2 years in a similar role, within the technology industry
Minimum 5 year of experience leading large customer support teams
Demonstrated success in project management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze complex issues and find actionable solutions
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey and present complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders across the organization
Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions
Ability to work remotely
