As a Partner Solution Sales resource, your responsibilities will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales and Territory plan with assigned partners. You will be expected to drive sales through both partner-led and co-sell strategies to achieve quarterly FinancialRevenue Attainment (FRA). In your role, you will be responsible for leading your partners' commercial performance and driving sustainable sales impact to customers. You will gain expertise in end-to-end solution selling and drive partner innovation. Your role will involve developing and driving the business strategy between Microsoft and your partner, acting as a trusted advisor and a business leader. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your consultative selling skills through Microsoft Customer Engagement Model (MCEM) training and onboarding for your role. Additionally, you will actively seek to further your career through recommended and additional training.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business/Economics (Sales), or related field AND 8+ years experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales and professional coaching/mentoringOR equivalent experience
  • Workload Fundamental Certification
  • 4+ years complex consultative or solutions selling experience
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for owning the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with assigned partners and for leveraging investment to drive pipeline velocity in our Corporate customer base.
  • You will be accountable for the CSA revenue forecast for your portfolio of assigned partners.
  • You will be expected to coach the value of the Microsoft solution area plays to assigned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.
  • You will be measured on the partner response rate, aiming for 95% for outbound opportunities shared with them by our segment sellers.
  • You will be tasked with driving inbound referral sharing for contribution to Qualified Pipe and Top of Funnel.
  • You will be responsible for the utilization of investment and incentives to accelerate deals through the sales cycle and to encourage deployment and consumption.
