SAP SuccessFactors is recruiting for the position of HR Research graduate student intern. This role is responsible for conducting applied research using diverse research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) to study emerging workforce, HR, and HR Technology trends and developing evidence-based insights and practical recommendations for SAP SuccessFactors’ product development and customer organizations. The role provides a unique opportunity to serve as a scientist-practitioner and study workforce topics at a global level. Qualified candidates must demonstrate:
- Expertise in workforce psychology. Strong understanding of the broad organizational psychology literature, including empirical research focused on employee attributes, job performance, career development, and organizational factors impacting employee experience. Interest in a range of HR topics is critical.
- Strong writing skills. Ability to translate complex topics and research findings related to workforce psychology and HR technology into engaging, easy to understand documents of varying lengths tailored to HR practitioner and business audiences.
- Self-guided initiative and innovation. Ability to independently identify and capitalize on opportunities to add value through use of one’s own skills and expertise.
- Flexibility. Ability to quickly learn and develop an effective point of view regarding different HR topics. Willingness to change projects and focus on new topics with little advanced notice.

Educational Requirements
- Enrollment or graduated in the last 6 months in a Ph.D. program in industrial-organizational psychology or a related field is required, with a status of post-masters in the Ph.D. program being preferred.
