This is a Hybrid position located in either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. Strategic Leadership:
Lead the strategic vision and conversation aligning our use cases across the enterprise and gain pressure testing and input from our deep technical experts.Commercially available technology:
The role will be focused on providing a scalable architecture that ensures / provides the flexibility to adopt new vendors for the four sponsored company use cases (e.g., marketing content creation, customer service chat bot, etc.) from varying vendors as market capabilities change.Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Generative AI Initiatives:
Oversee the development and deployment of generative AI solutions to enhance internal processes and employee productivity.Internal Chatbot Enhancement:
Drive the continuous improvement of the Internal Chatbot, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of employees.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, HR, Product Engineering, Customer Service, Finance etc., to ensure seamless integration of generative AI solutions.Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements & use cases, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of generative AI initiatives and the Internal Chatbot.Continuous improvement:
Drive processes to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our programs.Innovative Thinking:
Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously drive Generative AI innovation for our employees.
About you:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience with generative AI and chatbot technologies is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of generative AI technologies and their application in an enterprise setting.
Relevant certifications in IT management and AI technologies are a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proactive and has a can-do attitude.
