    • Develop compelling customer-facing materials aligned with engagement phases, market trends, and industry insights.
    • Conduct research to craft strategic messaging and articulate BMC’s value from a business impact perspective.
    • Collaborate with Sales to address key business challenges and build financial models linking solutions to business value.
    • Establish credibility with executives by leading value-driven discussions and leveraging insights from public data.
    • Drive engagement by transforming presentations into dynamic dialogues and utilizing networks to accelerate sales.
    • Capture best practices, document key insights, and enhance customer engagement processes.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • Youhave 5-7 years of presales or equivalent customer-facing experience in a global IT organization.
  • Youcan articulate quantitative and qualitative business value with strong analytical and MS Office skills.
  • Youunderstand sales and presales dynamics and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You excel in presentation, communication, and storytelling, both written and verbal.


Good to have:

  • You have experience with BMC or enterprise software deployments and understand success factors.
  • You bring project management expertise and can deliver materials in various formats (PowerPoint, reports, video, etc.).
  • You possess general application and technology knowledge and proactively take on expert roles.
