• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement • 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to work multiple shifts as needed • Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
• PLC experience preferred
