Your responsibilities include:
- Head of marketing for the PI Interventional Oncology franchise with cutting-edge treatment options like Cryo-Ablation, Selective Internal Radiotherapy (SIRT) and Embolisation
- Budget planning and control
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy: prioritizing new business opportunities that impact franchise plans, profit and margin targets
- Product launches: strategy / implementation / training sales teams / Limited Market Release / communication including all documents, presentations and tools / target group definition / pricing
- Support, plan, and execute efficient customer activities such webinars, workshops, etc.
- Organization of local congresses in NL and AT
- Ensuring marketing plans align with sales strategic plans / objectives
- Management Product Life Cycle, Forecast, End of Life, Price Book as well as Back-order communication
- Development and implementation of the communication and event strategy and definition of suitable tracking tools in collaboration with Multi Channel Manager
- Transparent and efficient communication and close cooperation between the sales teams, other Marketing and Omni Channel Managers (Central Cluster and EMEA)
What we are looking for:
- A few years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing in the medical technology industry, ideally in an international environment
- A few years of management experience of sales and/or marketing teams
- Proven project management experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and working methods paired with entrepreneurial vision
- Prioritizing and delegating & networking are among your strengths
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to residence in the Netherlands and travel in Austria and Switzerland
