As a Commercial Finance Specialist at the Post-Sales Center, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Expert Post-Sales Support: Supporting Sales on a variety of post-sales scenarios, guiding Account Executives on SAP policies and contract matters leveraging deep expertise in the field.
  • Primary Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact representing the Commercial Finance team, fostering seamless communication and collaboration between business units.
  • Process Optimization:Identify and address inefficiencies in existing processes, championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analytical & Strategic Vision:Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic vision, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in assessing and advising on risks and commercial related issues.
  • Integrity & Trust:Exhibit the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness, being highly credible and willing to express candid opinions.
  • Communication Skills:Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourcefulness:Utilize resourcefulness, including leveraging relevant new technologies and systems, to enhance operationaleffectiveness and efficiency.
  • Independent Analysis:Formulate independent insights and validate them through rigorous analysis, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Internal Customer Support/Administration:Assist with contract cancellation and contract amendments for non-revenue generating issues (Terminations, Swap of services, etc.).
  • Working hours:Take in consideration that the working hours for this role will be 11:00 am to 20:00 pm (UTC -3)


Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Professional Experience:Preferably at least 2 year experience in a finance role/ contract creation and drafting or a related field.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Translation or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills:Proficiency in written and spoken English. Portuguese is a plus!
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM tools.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Agility:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility:willing to adjust to business needs as requirements shift in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail:Be able to spot errors, omissions, inconsistency, and ambiguous language.
