- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Technical product management experience, especially in AI/ML infra.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in navigating product and technology tradeoffs (building the platform while iterating on the product).
- Experience working with engineers as customers.
- Experience as a manager working across time zones.
- Experience in leading platform changes at scale while understanding the end-user habits.
- Understanding of large-scale global products and the nuances of managing high traffic, high capacity, and making product fundamentals robust.
