As a Software Development Engineer on the Live TV team, you will:- Design and implement core features for the Live TV client application
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver new and innovative software features- Drive technical decisions across Fire TV's Live platform
- Create integration points between Live TV, Alexa, and other Fire TV services

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 1+ years of Android development experience
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
