FX and Derivatives Ops / Cash Management

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight function to 3 Capital Markets processes handled by independent teams: FX processing, Derivatives processing and Confirmations Matching

• Lead and participate in governance forums between Oversight and Vendor

• Supervise Cash Management operations

• Support processing teams in complex cases resolution

• Represent Capital Markets processes on various forums, including weekly and monthly calls with vendor management.

• Resolve complex process problems which require proper understanding of processing procedures and operational standards

• Support escalation process when applicable

• Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations

• Preparing presentations and reporting

• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls

• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures

• Participation and coordination of the UAT test for new systems / products or functionalities

• Contributing to business goals

• Identify improvement opportunities and advanced solutions for relevant processing areas

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Senior level experience in Securities/Capital Markets/Treasury Operations

• 5 years of relevant experience in process supervisory (people management as a plus)

• Good understanding of Private Banking

• Proper understanding of risk and control framework

• Exceptional knowledge on Financial Markets products

• Perfect communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
