VAST Data is seeking a Strategic Account Director for SAP to drive strategic initiatives and foster strong relationships with our key clients in the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in account management and strategic sales to enhance customer satisfaction, facilitate business growth, and expand our footprint within the SAP market. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, market insight, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer needs. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets for SAP accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling VAST Data solutions to existing SAP customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Prepare and present regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
