Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling or implementing software-as-a-service, cloud-based business applications.
  • Experience selling or implementing business solutions leveraging enterprise application platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM software
  • Experience selling or implementing business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform offerings or other no/low code development platforms, analytics report and dashboard offerings, or RPA platform offerings.

  • Sales & Service applications (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Customer Insights, LOB AI Agents), and Copilot Studio expertise to secure technical decisions.
  • Orchestrates customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Customer Insights), Copilot Studio, AI Agents.
  • Leads proof-of-Concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, documenting POC outcomes and mapping customer solution requirements.
  • Showcases Microsoft’s unique value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against major competitors.
  • Anticipate and address technical blockers – such as AI-related compliance, privacy, or security concerns – early in the sales process, developing mitigation plans that instill confidence in D365 solutions.
