Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in finance, accounting, business operations consulting or program management across a global organization.
- Experience in process design and improvement using quality management principles (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience in consulting, process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma, particularly in a finance operations setting.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects including identifying, assessing and controlling risks, and with SAP and Big 4 accounting firms.
- Ability to problem-solve, communicate clearly, influence leadership teams in Google’s product areas and Finance, combined with impeccable business judgment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and dashboard reporting.
