- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages leveraging experience engaging for talent.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Experience working with federal government agencies, contractors, and technology domains.
- Understanding of federal hiring regulations, security clearance requirements (e.g., Secret, Top Secret), and government contracting processes.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
