Provide administrative support to the CEO, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Manage calendars for 8 executive team members, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring proper room allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors warmly, coordinating with their hosts, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and fully equipped with necessary supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or cleaning requirements to the Operations team.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
Significant experience managing multiple calendars simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to handle complex scheduling needs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
