Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests
Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations
Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
Work with monetization, economy, R&D, and product teams
Work with the QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
Daily monitoring of tests
Requirements:
Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
English proficiency, both spoken and written- Must
BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering / other relevant Engineering field – Advantage
