Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting our client with the on-site oversight of the Construction Manager at Risk during the construction phase.
Resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
Proactive, detailed, and consistent communication with the client
Attend assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings; issues meeting minutes during construction
Review status of projects and monitor variances of the design and construction project database relative to scheduling
Provide support and assistance to the Deputy Program Manager
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture (consideration will be given to individuals with other degrees combined with construction management experience)
CMAR experience a plus
Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager in an Owner, Architecture, or Construction organization
Project Management experience must include direct oversight of Consultants and Contractors
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or a Project Management Professional (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) a plus
