As a Principal Associate, Project Manager in the Finance Product & Data Solutions (FPDS) Product Operations team, focusing on Finance Product Governance & Culture, you will play a key role in planning, project management, risk management, change management, standardization, and execution across the finance product organization. You will own critical processes such as audits/risk assessments, reporting, tracking success metrics, and managing key initiatives with a risk-focused approach. This includes supporting finance product governance in partnership with finance risk management, OKRs and KPIs reporting processes, and ensuring the complete and accurate reporting of results. With high visibility, you will have the opportunity to engage with executive stakeholders and collaborate with teams across the finance product organization to drive effective and well-managed processes. Additionally, you will support cultural initiatives and communications in partnership with stakeholders across the FPDS organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Risk Management & Be Well Managed
Support governance leadership with establishing an effective risk management framework across the finance product lifecycle
Own and partner with finance risk management to oversee and manage risk assessments
Document processes, procedures, templates, and other documentation to drive a well managed program
Change Management & Standardization
Support governance leadership with developing change management plans and instilling standardization across the finance product organization
Identify & implement opportunities for operational efficiencies through standardization & automation
Conduct continuous monitoring of operational processes, ensuring continuity and effective change management
Leadership Reporting
Coordinate across metrics on OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), key initiatives, and reporting to SLT
Identify & implement opportunities for operational efficiencies through standardization & automation
Cultural and Organizational Engagement
Support planning and execution of culture and associate engagement initiatives, creating a positive organizational environment that supports high performance
Skills:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management OR Process Management OR Risk Management OR a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
5+ years of Business Analysis or Financial Analysis experience
5+ years of experience working in or supporting a Finance organization
