Your key responsibilities

As anAudit Manager, you will work on various Audit engagements in different sectors in

which EY is acknowledged as a market leader. You will influence clients and engagement

teams on resolutions that will impact entire sectors by:

• Collaborating with Audit Partners to plan engagement strategy/objectives, undertaking risk assessments and leading the engagements to deliver agreed plan.
• Developing and maintaining productive and long-term relationships with client management;
• Generating new business opportunities, understanding EY services and activelyassessing/presenting ways to apply knowledge.
• Recognizing key performance drivers, business trends, emerging technicaldevelopments and impact to the clients; being visible in the marketplace andrecognized as a quality service advisor.
• Leading by example, developing and mentoring engagement team members andconducting performance reviews.
• Using expertise in Audit methodologies to perform engagements in compliance withthe firm and industry standards.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years relevant Audit working experience with a proven track record of outstanding performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management.
• Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
• Excellent grasp of risk and quality and risk management procedures.
• Cultivating a productive, innovative team culture with open communication and information sharing.
• Exhibiting a positive, professional demeanor with strong teamwork, project management skills, and a drive to excel.
• Displaying critical thinking in a dynamic, detail-focused setting with a commitment to quality.
• Leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and in English.
