Qualifications
- A degree in Product or Graphic Design or equivalent experience, preference for experience designing AI experiences.
- 15+ years’ experience designing and delivering products/ services
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading design teams
- Deep knowledge of user centric design methods of innovation and ideation
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of a design
- Knowledge of service design~ and how to effectively build services that improve the quality and the interaction between the service provider and customers.
- Strong skills in communication (written, verbal, and visual), influence and persuasion
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
