In this role, you will:• Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.• Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. • Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.• Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.• Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases. • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store; this includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.• Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve upon Apple Shop performance, working together with partner store leadership to achieve and improve results and drive lasting impact.
