You will be a strong problem solver as part of the Legal Operations team, to support the execution of contracts and relatedprocesses. You will have the opportunity to help streamline and make the end-to-end process for commercial agreements more efficient.

Your day to day:

• Supporting contract management and execution process, include electronic signatures and local wet signature execution. Some tasks need to be completed in person, so office visits arerequiredon a rotational andas-needed

• Create andmaintainuser guides and/or training materials to provide onboarding, training and technical support to legal teammates and business customers onnew technologytools and procedures.

• Process Improvements - Streamlines and redesigns processes within legal through operational activities and system improvements.Identifies, communicates, and makes recommendations to address process inefficiencies. Lead process improvement initiatives.

What do you need to bring-

• Bachelor's degree in law,business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in legal operations for a large company or law firm

• Fluency(reading/writing/speaking)in English is essential

• Ability to read contracts with an eye for specific legal provisions (such as termination,exclusivityand pricing)

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

• Team player

• Adaptable individualpossessinghigh integrity, excellent judgment, a sense ofhumourand a love for fun and adventure.

• Technologically savvy with an interest in contract management tools and extreme competency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft Outlook

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the PayPal business/products

• Preferred: Experience usingPowerBI(orPowerAutomatetools) for workflow and CLM systems (Salesforce)
