As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors module/s in which you are certified, in order to optimize our clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors module/s.
• Focus on optimizing clients' HR processes.
• Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work in multi-cultural teams on SuccessFactors/SAP HXM solutions.
• Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
• Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
• Lead digital transformation journeys.

What You Bring:

• Over 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge in various SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions.
• Certification in SuccessFactors module/s.
• Good communication skills and knowledge in HR Business Processes.
