Within the Global Benchmark Standard Audit (GBSA) team, you will contribute to an innovative product portfolio designed to advance GBSA's long-term objectives. Your primary focus will be on two key initiatives, such as the development of a new versatile, user-oriented auditing platform across multiple business units and geographies, and a leadership checklist for AMZL Logistics.
Key job responsibilities- Technical Leadership: lead the design and implementation of software solutions for complex problems. Make sound technical decisions and trade-offs, balancing short-term needs with long-term maintainability- Project Execution: manage the full software development lifecycle for assigned projects. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Deliver projects on time and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders
- Ability to travel once per quarter.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
