Job Description

  • Work with Japan account teams to identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities across core services and enhancements.
  • Negotiate and manage the expansion of service contracts.
  • Manage a large account and ensure ramification of decisions don't set unfavorable precedents / unintended consequences.
  • Drives team to meet objectives while ensuring that sales activity is positively reflected in customer satisfaction.
  • Explain, promote, and support commercial strategy to senior division management
  • Document and follow KLA HQ and KLA Finance processes related to deal creation, approval, quotes, negotiations, deal closure, and operationalization.
  • Research and develop strategic sales growth plans with senior GSS staff and team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent selling skills, analytical capability, and the ability to close deals.
  • Effective communication and writing skills in English.
  • Proactive, energetic, and performance-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business experience is a plus.
