This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Position Overview:•Participate in and serve as the coordinator for the enhancement of the ERM frameworks and ERM strategy to better integrate the frameworks and syndicate data to meet business and regulatory expectations, including:
•Utilize critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills to understand
root cause and/or develop net new methodologies,
•Coordinate and collaborate with team members across ERM and orensure alignment and active participation (as needed),
•Lead the implementation of ERM Framework enhancements.•Facilitate the use of and enhancements to shared technology tools utilized
across ERM (i.e. Workiva, Archer, etc..), including:
•Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to better understand different
processes, and enhancement requests,
•Developing business requirements to build or change technology•Proactively identifying downstream impacts of proposed changes,
•Working with the technology teams to implement / or independently
executing desired enhancements,
•Performing QA or testing of technology changes,
•Identifying potential automation efforts, process efficiencies and
Job Description
  • Partners within risk management to plan and execute the risk management program and corresponding communication strategies. Engages the lines of business to review and challenge compliance with programs.
  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of the risk management program to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Under supervision, executes the risk management program within and across the lines of business. May participate in the consultation to execute the program components.
  • Develops risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Technology Risk, etc.) to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
  • Participates in challenging business self assessment results (including new initiatives, business as usual activities, and risk management program) and reviews applicable independent analyses.
