Minimum Qualifications
- Strong data analysis and numeric skills to identify trends & business opportunities.
- Comfortable using BI reporting tools & data visualisation tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of dealing with complex large data sets.
- Data management skills with an ability to translate business requirements into a systems plan on Enterprise Solutions.
- Technically minded & comfortable in system configuration on SAP, managing tables & translating business requirements into a technical plan.
- Experienced in stitching across multiple groups (business & technical teams), influencing & gaining support on process change and system design.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex system execution plans to executive teams both regionally and globally.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant 3rd level degree e.g. Engineering, Maths, Economics, Supply Chain, BIS or Data Science & Analytics would be an advantage however, if you have relevant experience or similar field you are encouraged to apply.
- Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
- Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage
- Relevant operations experience, preferably in a high tech or computer related industry.
- Ability to manoeuvre and mange through complex situations, examples being New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Complex Systems issues
