Description
Additional responsibilities include:Collaborate with the managing animation supervisor to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and visual requirements. Identify technical challenges, artists and skillset needs for up coming projects. Effectively present work to external stakeholders and partners while identifying and recommending solutions for creative and technical challenges. Actively participate in design and animation tasks, contributing directly to project production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience supervising production and artists on animation and motion graphics projects
- Proficiency in key tools including, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D and utilize them to craft animation and design work
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of animation and design principles. Excellent design skills, a creative eye with a sensibility for composition, light, color, and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of leading collaborative efforts across departments
- Comfortable working in a demanding and fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders and teams all while maintaining a positive environment
- Expertise in handling simultaneous complex projects while maintaining high quality design standards
- 10+ years work experience as a lead in Animation production, delivering high quality designs and animation
- Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts or equivalent experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,800 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
