Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the UAE cross-border payments team, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls, mitigating risks associated with cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize process and resolve issues
• Monitor and analyze KPI to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
• Implement process enhancements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve client experience
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, adapting strategies and practices accordingly
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on team performance, challenges, and achievements
• May act as backup for manager regarding leading, mentoring and developing a team of specialists and analysts

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations
• Effective verbal and written skills in both Polish and English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Sound relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, FX exchange and payment processing applications
