Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • 3 years of experience in networking design and implementation for data center environments.
  • 3 year of experience in technical troubleshooting, writing code or technical project management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture or software architecture.
  • 2 years of experience with streaming service or in broadcast media digital distribution.
  • Experience with video streaming back-end platforms such as video transport, video processing, Content Delivery Network (CDN) or client Adaptive Bitrate Streaming (ABR) playback.
