Analyze business development opportunities such as product/portfolio acquisitions and/or in-licensing related to innovative medicines, partnerships, collaborations and acquisitions of businesses in the pharma industry with focus on neuroscience and immunology but not only limited to these areas
Lead due diligence processes by screening/consolidating data and coordinating between broad interdisciplinary teams
Support the complex financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and/or in-licensing opportunities
Identify relevant BD targets via meetings with external companies, visit conferences and use industry databases.
Preparation of materials such as presentations/reports and other deliverables to support the departments activities
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or legal
Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration an advantage
Two years of relevant experience (investment banking or strategic consultancy firm - advantage).
Strong analytical & presentation skills and have a unique attention for details
Ability to handle high volume of work in a rapidly changing & intensive work environment
High communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English.
