Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain intelligence projects (including use cases), driving business impact, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee project/program delivery: planning, execution, milestone tracking, risk/opportunity management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure end to end visibility across Supply Chain Intelligence initiatives, including interdependencies within SC Intelligence pillars and key partners (e.g. SCM Data Domain).
  • Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, work closely with stakeholders to assess and prioritize demands, ensuring alignment with SCM goals.
  • Foster user adoption by collaborating with supply chain intelligence teams to provide targeted training programs for function and market end-users and stakeholders.
  • Create user documentation and materials to improve user understanding, engagement and adoption with supply chain intelligence capabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective demand management processes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Own and deliver the SC Intelligence communication approach and execution for the SCM Reporting Community (global and markets).
  • Connect deliverables and insights into a clear end-to-end view, considering input from SC Intelligence, Data Transformation, Analytics Acceleration pillars within SC Intelligence and consider what is needed from SCM Data Foundation team.

  • Leadership:

Requisite Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management, background)
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a project management or delivery role with strong understanding of project management principles
  • Experience in agile project management and analytics/data projects preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
