You’ll be acting as an ambassador for EY, so our reputation for excellence and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the selection process of junior and experienced profiles: from drafting of the position description up to the signature of the offer letter
  • Establishing strong relationships with the line management;
  • Keeping the hiring managers informed about recruitment activities and selection processes;
  • Actively attending job fairs and graduate events in order to promote EY as future employer of choice, taking into account EY's Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy;
  • Contributing in defining the recruiting strategies for your Service line(s)

Your Profile

You have:

  • a bachelor or master degree
  • a first experience is an asset
  • excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch, French and English.
  • Have excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences
